Shipping Rates and Policies

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $99!  Our shipping typically takes 7-10 business days via the USPS.  We also offer US Mail Priority Shipping which takes approximately 2-5 business days for shipment to arrive. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed service.

INSURANCE: If you would like your order shipped insured mail we recommend purchasing package insurance (available in the checkout). If you purchase insurance we do guarantee delivery and a replacement package will be sent out after 30 days of original ship date. If you do not purchase insurance we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our facility.  We ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.

To be able to offer reasonable prices we often use "recycled" shipping products.

Cancelling an order:  Unfortunately once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled.  If you do need to make a return, please let us know and we can certainly accommodate you.   Thank you for your understanding.

We usually process orders and ship them out within 1-2 business days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.)

FBO/APO addresses:  Yes!  We do ship to FBO/APO addresses!

International shipping:  We are proud to say that we now ship internationally!  Please choose "international - get quote" as your shipping method.  This is a no-charge shipping option at checkout.  Your order will be packaged and you will then receive a quote for shipping via email.  You will be charged for actual shipping costs only.  Once we receive your approval for shipping, then you will be charged for your order, plus shipping.  You will never be charged prior to your approval.  Please note that shipping times internationally can vary quite a bit, so no estimate will be given.

Return Policy

We would gladly accept returns.  Please follow the directions below.

1.  Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

2.  Items must be in their original condition (unused) with their original packaging and tags.

3.  You must contact us prior to the return for approval and further directions. 

4.  All returns must include a copy of your receipt.

Please Note:  All defective merchandise is handled directly through the manufacturer for safety and quality control purposes.  If you received a defective product please visit the contact us page and we can provide the manufacturer's contact information.

• There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned.  If there was free shipping for that item, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return.
• Refusing a package is not a valid method to return your purchase.  This method will result in a 25% restocking fee.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.  We recommend insuring your package and/or having delivery confirmation.  We are not responsible for items damaged in shipment or not received by us.

 

Any returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
